Rebounder classes are fitness workouts done on a mini-trampoline. They combine gentle bouncing, cardio, balance, and strength exercises set to music. The workouts are low-impact, easy on the joints, and good for fitness and coordination.

Floor Pilates Classes
Floor Pilates is a low-impact workout done on a mat, focusing on core strength, flexibility, posture, and controlled movements. It emphasizes breathing, alignment, and muscle control to build strength without high impact.

1-on-1 Personal Training
1-on-1 personal training is a customized fitness experience where Carley will work exclusively with you to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, abilities, and preferences, whether your goal is weight loss, muscle building, improved performance, injury recovery, or overall wellness.
