Natural Pain Solutions
Heal Your Body Holistically
At HFC, we take a holistic approach to wellness by working to heal the body from the inside out. We use natural therapies and technology to help people get out of vicious cycles of unnecessary and ineffective medication.
Spinal Decompression
Decompression is a non-surgical and non-invasive therapy that can help reduce back, neck, leg, and arm pain. Spinal decompression works by gently stretching the spine, taking pressure off the spinal discs by creating negative pressure off the nerves. This motion helps promote movement of water, oxygen and nutrient-rich fluids into the discs so they can heal.
STIM
Electrical muscle stimulation, aka e-stim, sends mild electrical pulses through the skin to help stimulate injured muscles or manipulate nerves to reduce pain. If you are experiencing pain, spasms, inflammation, or muscle weakness, this therapy may help you control pain, get stronger, increase physical functioning, retrain movements you may have lost, and/or manage inflammation.
Kinesiology Tape
The kinesiology taping method is based on the science of maintaining support to the body while allowing blood and other bodily fluids to move freely through and around the injured muscle. Kinesiology tape stabilizes the injured area by lightly adhering to the skin and applying pressure to the tissues the tape is wrapped around. This tape can be applied to the back, calves, elbows, hamstrings, knees, shoulders, wrists and more.
Orthotics & Lifts
We use digital X-ray to evaluate you for any leg length discrepancy that could be contributing to your knee, hip or low back pain. If you are someone experiencing plantar fasciitis, foot or ankle pain or dropped arches, we have the ability to cast, scan and build custom orthotics for you! We provide the ONLY orthotics that are designed to support your arch from the top down!

FAQ
How long does KT tape last?
Most tapings will last between 2-3 days on the treated area. With proper care and limited exposure to water, the tape has the potential to stick on even longer!
Are there any limitations with KT tape on?
NO! You can shower, swim, exercise and continue living your life the way you currently do. This tape will just help stabilize the injured area while performing.
How do I remove KT tape?
The best way to remove KT tape is to hop in the shower and scrub the skin. After the tape is soaking wet, it becomes easier to peel and remove from the skin. If any residue is still present, simply use soap and water and scrub the excess adhesive with a washcloth or loofah.
What is the cost of Orthotics?
- A custom pair of orthotics costs $275 for the consultation, molding, fitting, and the orthotics!
How can I order a pair of Orthotics?
Our rehab specialist, Alyssa, is the one who casts ALL orthotics in the office. If you have a chiropractic appointment already scheduled, ask if you can add on an orthotics casting, or you can call into the office and schedule a fitting.
How long does Orthotics process take?
The orthotic casting appointment takes about 10 minutes. We will then digitally scan and send the measurements to the orthotics manufacturer, which in turn will take approximately 1 week to receive. We will notify you upon arrival and schedule a fitting which takes approximately 5 minutes.
What is the different between your Lifts and a heel lift?
Our lifts cover your entire foot to elevate your entire leg instead of just your heel. They also include peelable layers which can be added to or taken away from as needed.
Lifts Fun Fact
90% of the human population have a leg length discrepancy. One of the largest reasons we take X-Rays is to determine if a cause of back pain could be related to your anatomy and size difference between the lengths of your legs.
