  • During an EMDR therapy session your counselor will support your attention visually to guide your mind to focus on the traumatic experience and discuss processes on how to heal your mind.

    • Superbills can be provided for insurance reimbursement!

    • $120 for an hour session (The number of sessions or length of treatment depends on the complexity of the trauma.)
